So I really am going to try and avoid making two posts a day but any fan of Obama needs to see this...any fan of the West Wing needs to see this...and anyone who is undecided needs to see this. I think its provides a good perspective between fiction and reality.

Girl Scouts

They really have the right idea. Their cookies are amazing and lets face it...unless you're John Rosevear, its impossible to say no to an adorable 6 year old who is staring you down with this pathetic look going and asking you if you want Thin Mints. Its just not fair. A normal human cant turn that down. Not to mention their cookies are sinfully good.

New Polls

I posted a new poll today. It took me a bit longer to get to the poll thing than I expected. I hope to keep it a bit more of a weekly thing then it started out as. In my last one I asked what you guys thought was the best video game of the 2007 Christmas Season. The results were fairly typical. 1 for CoD4, 1 for Mass Effect and 1 for Rock Band. My personal favorite of the season is definitely CoD4 without a doubt and anyone who has played all those goes (me and lots of others) will agree with that I think...unfortunately 3 people do not represent a reasonable percentage of the population.

On another related note Xavier broke into the single digits in the AP Poll this week. After beating Dayton at Dayton we moved up to #9 which is the highest Xavier has ever been after Jan 1st. Kudos to them.

Did anyone hear about Starbucks closing today for 3 hours for employee training? Ridiculous. Dunkin' Donuts took the opportunity to have their coffee on sale for 99 cents. Its damn good coffee to anyone who doesn't know.
